Keirston J. Gaines, BSW, M.Ed.

Keirston J. Gaines is the founder of Champion Kids. She holds a Bachelor degree in Social Work from Tuskegee University and a Masters in Education from the University of South Alabama. For the past 20 years, Ms. Gaines has worked with our youth in multiple compacities, including the following: an advocate, educator, and volunteer. She is a member of Junior League of Mobile and volunteers with youth leadership through Strickland Youth Center. Ms. Gaines has a passion for teenage girls with a vision to propel each girl towards their God giving purpose. 


Autumn Thomas (High School Student)

Autumn K. Thomas is a senior at Spanish Fort High School. Autumn plays soccer and is the C.E.O of P.G.O. Beauty, formally known as Kaysfactory. PGO offers the service of individual lashes, handmade lipgloss, and other beauty products.


Princess Miller, MSEB

Princess T. M. Miller, MSEB is the owner of Princess Creative Productions LLC. She offers video production, photography, graphic design, websites, and more. She has over 20 years experience. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama and a Masters in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.  Mrs. Miller is an award winning videographer and gained national recognition for her work. Her business was recently named one of the top creative agency's in Mobile, Alabama. Mrs. Miller will share with our young ladies the importance of finding your passion and pursuing your purpose through entrepreneurialism and she will also share her stories on raising two teenage entrepreneurials.


Karlesha Springs, B.S.

Karlesha is a Reading Intervention Teacher for the Mobile County Public School System and offers instructional support for K-8th grade teachers. She ensures high fidelity implementation of reading instruction. Mrs. Springs will teach our young ladies how to create effective vision boards.  Mrs. Springs graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
